3. Zipper fails to close after opening
   This issue occurs when cotton fibers get caught in the zipper or the zipper becomes stiff.
   ① Gently pull the zipper pull back 1-2 cm in the opposite direction. Use tweezers or your fingertips to remove any cotton fibers lodged between the zipper teeth.
   ② Apply a small amount of neutral lubricant to the zipper teeth surface, then attempt to open and close the zipper again. Take care to avoid contaminating the cotton fibers with lubricant.

2. Floating Lint After Washing
   This plush product is made of a soft, skin-friendly short-pile fabric. Slight lint shedding during the first wash is a normal occurrence and not a quality defect, which is caused by the natural falling off of a small amount of incompletely fixed short fibers remaining on the fabric surface during the production process.
   ① Wash gently by hand in cold water, or use a laundry bag and select the gentle cycle in a washing machine. This can effectively reduce lint shedding.
   ② During regular washes afterward, lint shedding will be significantly reduced and will not affect the softness or overall usability of the product.

① Wash in cold water or water below 86°F.
